About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure an excellent user experience across all our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on product requirements
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and mockups
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines
  • Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
