AI Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and deploying machine learning models and AI algorithms under the guidance of team members
• Work with large datasets: data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into products
• Document work, maintain code quality, and follow best practices in AI development
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Artificial intelligence and Data Science or related field
• Internship or academic project experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
• Familiarity with AI libraries
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts like supervised learning, classification, regression, and deep learning
• Experience with data handling tools
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Understanding of basic statistics and probability
• Knowledge of basic model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, etc.)
