1. What we collect

When you create an account or apply for a role we collect: your name and contact details, education and work history, skills, resume files, links you share (portfolio, LinkedIn, GitHub), and your application activity on this site.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to evaluate your applications, run assessments, communicate hiring decisions, and — only if you opt in — send job alerts. We do not sell candidate data, ever.

3. Email

We send transactional email about your applications (confirmations, assessment invites, decisions). Job alerts and digests are optional and every such email contains an unsubscribe link.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored securely in our systems. Resume files are versioned so an application always keeps the file you submitted with it. You can request deletion of your account and data from the account page; some records may be retained where the law requires.

5. Attribution

We record how you found a job (for example a campaign link or referrer) to understand which channels work. This is tied to your application, not used for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your profile at any time, download your resume versions, and request account deletion. For any data request, contact careers@crypton.co.in.
