About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of office activities, support various departments, and create a productive and positive work environment for the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure office spaces are well-maintained and organized
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processing
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in office administration or management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office management tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR software or administrative systems
  • Knowledge of budgeting and basic financial processes
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations
  • Experience organizing company events or team-building activities
