About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of office activities, support various departments, and create a productive and positive work environment for the entire team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure office spaces are well-maintained and organized
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processing
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in office administration or management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office management tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR software or administrative systems
- Knowledge of budgeting and basic financial processes
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations
- Experience organizing company events or team-building activities
